Old friends Ivan (who boasts experience at the amazing River Cottage HQ) & Imogen (responsible for Wimbledon's infamous Rufus the hawk), have created an intimate, low key space with natural tones throughout.
Colourful dishes are picture pretty, featuring edible flowers, artful splashes of sauce and an abundance of garnishes. Imogen clearly has access to many a pigeon - the dish features heavily on the menu. The Pigeon Breast with Sweet brambles & Pickled Cabbage was a beautiful mix of flavours, and the dish of Beef Shin Ragu, Fresh Corn Polenta & Wild Fennel was melt-in-the-mouth good.
