The venue, designed by architects Dixon Jones, sits just up past Kings Cross station and offers a diverse range of music, spoken word and art, from classical concerts, to live drawing sessions by the ledgend that is Quentin Blake.
The 420-seater Hall One is not only acoustically innovative, but it's simply beautiful; lined with a warm oak veneer which has all come from the same 500-year-old German oak tree.
